The reservoir always brings back memories from my  University days at Baruch College.  Living on the Upper East Side (with a fantastic roommate!),  I would often go running around the reservoir and  enjoy a quite escape within the hectic City.

In the wintertime surrounded by white snow and chilly weather my run was shorter, maybe only doing 1 or 2 laps around, and in the summertime with the surrounding green grass, and high temperatures (and humidity) NYC offers,  I would even go sunbathe and just relax.  Listening to the few songs I had on my i-pod, Coldplay and Franz Ferdinand often accompanied my thoughts..
