Primera dosis de realidad

Creo que no hemos tenido claro que esto va en serio hasta que hemos tenido una curiosa charla con un comercial del aeropuerto. La cosa ha ido así:

– Hola, estamos haciendo una promoción, ¿trabajais?

– Sí, bueno… de hecho no.

– Ah… ¿Sois estudiantes pues?

– Tampoco.

– ¿Estais en paro?

– Técnicamente no.

– A ver… ¿Me estais tomando el pelo?

– No, pero no te preocupes, incluso a nosotros nos cuesta creerlo..

Getting ready..

The countdown is on… 19 days and we are boarding our plane to Bangkok!

Who would have told us that it would have been such a lengthy process though: moving out of our apartment and packing boxes until who knows when, quitting our jobs, cancelling insurances and getting new ones, too many vaccinations, goodbye lunches and dinners, and the list could continue!  Despite all of the hard work to make this dream come true, everything has gone very smoothly, and we are now almost on the road to SE Asia …
